The information point is open from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5 p.m., in summers also on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Visitors can obtain information about the city, buy tourist publications, souvenirs and international travel tickets.
Another information point is located in the Mint Wing of the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle (Korsarzy 34). It is open 7 days a week between 10:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. Guests can obtain tourist information, reserve accommodation, hire a guide, buy entrance tickets to the Castle, as well as tickets for concerts, plays and international trips. The Centre also runs a bookshop with guides, maps, occasional publications, albums and historical books.
